PAYMENT:
Rates are based on an 8-hour day, 40 hour week and 160-hour calendar month. Excess hours
will be charged on a prorated basis. Payment for rentals must be made in advance of each
rental period. All rentals are subject to credit approval and sales tax. Rates subject to
change without notice. |

|
PHYSICAL LOSS OR DAMAGE:
Physical loss or damage to the equipment is customer's responsibility. All rentals are to
be insured by customer. A certificate of insurance showing current proof of all-risk
insurance must be provided by the customer.

|
|
TIRE WEAR:
All tire wear or tire damage will be charged to the customer upon return. |
|
|
|
SERVICE:
Customer is responsible for daily service and lubrication. Customer is to inform
Dependable Equipment Rentals of major service due on rental unit. |

|
|
POINTS, EDGES, TEETH:
All tractors will be shipped with 50% minimum ground engaging tools. Units not returned
with same will have additional charges due.

|
|
REPAIRS:
Customer is responsible for any repairs resulting from lack of service, abuse or misuse.
Abuse includes, but is not limited to, operating machine while low on ANY lubricants or
coolant, low oil
pressure, excessive fuel pressure, or dirty filters. Customer is
responsible for stopping operation any time machine overheats, loses pressure or loses
prime. Failure of any shutdown system does not alleviate customer's responsibility. A
cleaning charge will be made for return of excessive dirty equipment.

FREIGHT:
Customer has the option to pick up and/or return the equipment by his own facilities, by
common carrier, or by Dependable Equipment Rentals, if we are available. Freight will be
charges from point of origin to jobsite with return to point of origin.

|
OTHER CONDITIONS:
Rental rates do not include fuel, operators, taxes, or insurance premiums. Additional
charges may apply due to severe machine applications. (Subject to additional fuel
surcharges for operated Equipment/Transportation).
